2020 Hanyang Heavy Industries ASME Replacement Work Successfully Completed
From June 2 to June 3, ASME headquarters appointed Mr. Zhang Deyin as the head of the joint inspection team, AIS chief inspector Pei Baoliang and AI authorized inspector Liu Quanguo as the team members to carry out the joint inspection of ASME replacement.
On June 2, 2020, Hanyang Heavy Industry Equipment Manufacturing (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hanyang Heavy Industry) undertook the construction of Sinopec Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SEI). The demethanizer, pre-demethanizer and carbon triple scrubber of the ethylene plant of the Fujian Zhangzhou Gulei Refining and Chemical Integration Project were successfully set off at Tianjin Port Terminal.
Tianjin Hanyang Successfully Resumed Work
On February 16, 2020, according to the unified requirements of the epidemic prevention department, Tianjin Hanyang after obtaining approval to resume work, all returning workers must complete three epidemic prevention processes before entering the plant, one is to measure body temperature, the other is to wear protective items, and the third is to implement a meal-sharing system for all employees on duty. At the same time, special epidemic prevention personnel will disinfect the factory area every day.

On December 11, 2019, the 1010-C-402 ethylene tower of Fujian Gulei capital refining and chemical integration project (hereinafter referred to as Gulei project) manufactured by Tianjin Hanyang Metal Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tianjin Hanyang) has a maximum diameter of 6 meters, a total length of 90 meters, a material of S30408 stainless steel, and a total weight of 830 tons. The hoisting was completed on December 11 at the construction site of Gulei project in Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province.
