On October 31, 2022, Hanyang Heavy Industry Equipment Manufacturing (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hanyang Heavy Industry) undertook the ethylene rectification tower and pre-demethanizer of the ethylene plant of ExxonMobil Huizhou Ethylene Phase I Project in Tianjin Binhai New Area The port of Lingang Industrial Zone was successfully shipped.

The maximum diameter of ethylene distillation tower in this transportation is 6m and the maximum length is 90m;

The main material is S30408, and the ship is loaded by ro-ro;

Pre-demethanizer, with a total length of 72m and a maximum wall thickness of 96mm;

The main material is S30408, which is loaded on the ship by ro-ro.

Shipment from Tianjin Port to sea, travel south to Mobil Huizhou Petrochemical Base, delivered to the owner.

The two large stainless steel towers use more than 1500 tons of stainless steel materials in total. Such manufacturing, testing technical difficulty and volume tonnage have once again set a new record for the largest single stainless steel tower in China. This is another important achievement that Hanyang Heavy Industries has achieved in adhering to the real economy, deeply cultivating the equipment manufacturing industry, and actively responding to the development strategy of Tianjin's manufacturing industry with the practical actions of Hanyang people.

The 2 large stainless steel towers of Mobil project launched this time are the latest products of Hanyang Heavy Industry. As it is about to travel south, we wish the sea transportation smooth and arrive at Mobil Huizhou Petrochemical Base for operation as soon as possible!
