HSE management system is a three-in-one management system developed and implemented by China's petroleum and petrochemical industry, drawing on the standards of large international petrochemical enterprises:

H (health) refers to a person who has no physical disease and maintains an intact state psychologically;

S (safety) refers to efforts to improve working conditions and overcome unsafe factors in the process of labor production, so that labor production can proceed smoothly on the premise of ensuring the health of workers, the loss of enterprise property and the safety of people's lives;

E (environment) refers to the sum of various natural forces or functions closely related to human beings and affecting human life and production activities. It includes not only the combination of various natural factors, but also the combination of ecological relations formed between human beings and natural factors.

Because the management of safety, environment and health are inextricably linked in the actual work process, the health (Health), safety (Safety) and environment (Environment) form a whole management system. The implementation of HSE management system standards in enterprises can improve the corporate image by improving the management quality of health, safety and environment on the one hand; on the other hand, by reducing and preventing accidents, it can greatly reduce the expenses for handling accidents, improve economic benefits and promote trade, so as to meet the requirements of employees and society on health, safety and environment, and obtain commercial benefits and enhance market competitive advantages. In this way, the economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits of enterprises can be organically combined.

Obtaining HSE evidence is one of our company's main work objectives in 2012. In order to meet the relevant requirements of HSE qualification certification, chairman Li zong of the company held a HSE standard implementation meeting on August 30, 2012. At the meeting, Mr. Li once again stressed the significance of HSE forensics, requiring all personnel of the company to attach importance to HSE forensics and relevant departments and personnel to actively participate in training. All departments of the Company shall actively prepare and fully cater to the external review of HSE qualification.

On October 22, 2012, the HSE external review began. After 3 days of detailed and comprehensive review, our company successfully passed the HSE external review.

Doing a good job in safety, health and environmental management is not only the obligation stipulated by law and the requirement of the government, but also the vital interests of enterprises.
